With enough money and the right attorney, it’s possible Sooky gets no jail time. He pleads to something, gets time served (house arrest), tons of community service, 5+ yrs probation and a massive fine. I doubt Champion is actively filing complaints against him, my guess they ant all this to negative publicity to simply go away!

He's being charged on just one count? Didn't he defraud tons of people?

Do you realize just how many people are thanking him for just pleading guilty and not running this case through the full process. I bet he gets all the Porsche gear and coffee mugs he wants for his prison cell. It will be the coolest looking for sure.

After all, Champions attorney Roy Diaz once represented Shiraaz back in the day with all his other shady dealings

On his Trinidad connection:

Trinidad also has a Porsche dealer. Wonder how they feel about cars showing up there from FL?

While justice has been served through the conviction, I'm not sure going to jail for an extended period of time is the right answer from an equitable standpoint. 20 years, 10 years, 5 years in prison, getting rapped, losing every freedom and human dignity and living in constant fear for your life - and your family on the outside, it's hard to get your arms around. For me anyway.

What?
??????
Has he even apologized? Apparently, has done shady deals in the past? Lock him up
Make him an example of what's going to happen to others who think about ripping people off.

The last few years have left a bad taste in my mouth as Porsche dealers do not honor their promises to us consumers. Not sure I'll buy any new Porsche after recent bad dealership behaviour.

One only needs to look back at the first page of this thread to realize he had a long history of criminal activity ALL of which Champion was aware of while HE WAS employed by them!
Shiraaz can rape $3MM from Champion customers, but all the sudden a concern the favor might get returned to him??
