Yes but with some of the money he might have bought some hard assets like watches, jewelry and of course cars which might still be in his possession, so it could make sense that there's a little meat left on the bone for the plaintiff to get satisfied with and stop burning money on lawyers.

Sookralli made his initial court appearance Tuesday and is scheduled to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt 10 a.m. Friday for a pretrial detention hearing.
