Is the gt3 really better then a tts?

Very different cars. The TTS is more of a cruiser. The GT3 is more raw and a drivers car, more demanding.

Yet you put them on the same track with the same driver and the TTS will likely (as done many times before), be quicker than the GT3.
Unless you're full time tracking, or just have to have a third pedal, and don't mind a horrible ride on the street, The TTS is just about Perfection IMHO.

C'mon, George. You've already got 3 threads started, all the same query: https://rennlist.com/forums/991-turb...hen-a-tts.html , https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...ly-driver.html, then this one. Not to mention there are already more than a dozen threads along the same line.
It's apples and oranges, George. If you like your TTS, it's a great car and just simply enjoy it. If you have GT3 envy, sell the TTS and get a GT3. Keep starting threads like these, people may think you're a troll!

Don’'t you know that it’'s all about what other people think?? Nobody has their own opinion anymore ...

whats wrong with you, man? Just trying to get some information from folks who have driven both. Don’t answer if you don’t want to. Not sure I see the harm in getting real information from guys who have them both. Really?

Here is my experience on the topic.
TTs are great GT luxurious cars. They are very quiet, isolate and abstract the road. Acceleration in a straight line is spectacular but the car feels heavy. No matter what Porsche claims, there is always some lag. Handling is tuned to be safe (lots of understeer). Ideal use: a super fast comfy ride for a long trip.
GT3s are more loud, provide more connection with the road and a much sharper handling. They aren't the fastest in straight line but can handle higher speed cornering. They are as close as possible to a Cup car from the street. They are still pretty heavy but feel lighter. There is less torque but high RPM sounds amazing. Ideal use: spirited street driving or casual track driving.
GT3s tend to keep their values much better than TTs, probably because of lower volume.

The TTS makes you feel like you are a better driver.
The GT3 makes you want to be a better driver.
