Something worthwhile knowing about ADM between owners and dealers, more like a "strategy" in creating ADM. Fast forward to Scam#5 at 10:55.

Someone has put money down on this. Called my sales person to take a look at today (wife said lets go look at it), but it had a deposit so no touch. Totally agree about the ADM. Its beyond ridiculous. The Exchange also has a few GT3s and they are also looking for like $50K + in ADMs.

Not sustainable, but I don't have one as yet so what do I know.

OMG! 148KADM on a 2RS and ADM is dropping like a rock on 2RS models and the last think you want is too look like all the RS models that came in the launch color. Completely delusional dealer!

Same boat here. I'll end up buying some other more track oriented car and give up on this nonsense.
The price went up and a week later they sell it.

Edit:
According to CarGurus it sold for 183, after being offered for a long time for 162.

I have watched the entire video and could not believe what I was hearing, as almost nothing seemed to be factually correct in the real world. He seemed to be treating this like flipping a house. Unlike a house a car has sales tax , insurance and other fees (assuming he did not pay ADM). I don’t really mean to slam this guy but this contradicts everything I know and have recently learned.
Is this altered altered reality or what?

I couldn't make it through the video as it was loaded with misinformation and bad advice, but it is true that most collectors of GT cars want PCCBs. When I sold my PTS GT4, it was the only issue any of the potential collector-buyers brought up. As to full leather, I'm surprised you specced that. You used to be a no-frills guy.
