Some are "stubborn" and it bites them. But many are "patient" and it pays off. RL is not the real world, there are many people who buy these GT cars and don't think twice about paying the ask. If this weren't true, dealers wouldn't have learned that holding out gets them better prices in the first place. If everyone refused to pay ADM, it would disappear. But that is purely fantastical. For me, it's always comes down to what number I want to pay -- whether ADM, sticker or discount, the price either works for me or it doesn't.

Did a little road tripping the past week. Made a few passes at dealers in the midwest and have seen more unlisted GT3's than can be coincidental. I was surprised to see a few that I've looked at online (dealer websites and AutoTrader) sitting on showroom floors. They were taken off the internet (dealer websites and AutoTrader). Anyone else seeing similiar? What gives?

I have Lizzard Green with W/P 808 exposed carbon hood, magnesium wheels,lift, bose,led black headlights PCCB. ect.. loaded... one of the few with factory mags on gt3 rs. New delivery miles

I was offered MSRP for a 2019 manual chalk GT3...

If new, why wouldn't it be ideal? Would be the norm and doubtful to drop below.

I've offered -25% on MSRP to a couple in the bay area that are marked up from $20K to $50K. I am not getting any reply. Should I be concerned ?
