Looks like a PTS GT3 at MSRP. At least on the web site it is. See about 3 of these in the Chicagoland area, new, no miles, 2 don't seem to indicate an ADM. Tempting, but Green isn't really my thing.

I've worked with Tony Taylor at Loeber in the past. Actually, he still likes to keep in touch and coordinate service needs for me. Good people there.

I am guessing that the indicated "Original" MSRP of $198.850 is not the actual MSRP... probably the MSRP + ADM for when it was first sold by the dealer.
MSRP for this car is $179,300 per VinAnalytics.

That's what I am thinking... unless the CXX options are not actually priced in the sheet above. You can see some of the CXX in the pictures of the listing... e.g red lining in the seats...
