Available 2RS. Yellow with black/yellow. WP/MAG wheels. They will take 60k adm. DM if interested. No vested interest.

I love all these comments in the RS FS ads "this will be gone yesterday", "can't believe this hasn't sold already", "this is a great price will be gone by tomorrow" YET all these cars still sit here with OBVIOUSLY inflated asking prices and the market will not bear it. Just like when the getting is good and things are selling for crazy over MSRP prices, the same happens in the reserve. Please stop with the stupid praise. If it was such a great price it would be sold and weeks later your comments are still there and the car still hasn't sold. We all know the good prices and those cars are gone within hours, not weeks.

Could not have said it better. This or couple of dreamy stealerships that post often in marketplace and list crazy prices calling it market, sit on listings for weeks, then ask for "reasonable" offers. Very frustrating.

Porsche of Tyson’s has chalk .2 3rs and sticker was sowing 214K approx I don’t know if they are adding adm. I tried to buy this 3 months ago before dealer received delivery and they told me I had to pay 100% up front with 60k adm. I politely declined. Told the sales guy today they should have sold it to me back then at msrp. Good thing they didn’t since I received buildable allocation and I’m doing ED in late April. Also they have 2 white 2016 3rs’s if anyone is interested.

Just to provide another data point: Porsche DTLA had a Rivera Blue (?) 2RS for a $150k ADM a couple weeks ago=$500k out the door.

Classic Rennlist trolls, I call it the gt3 value circle jerk where they are literally verbally jerking each other off on pricing. I think they are insecure about the worth of their cars, and they somehow think their voice here that consist of 1% of the porsche buyers is going to somehow stop the inevitable fall of the whole GT car market. Im going to get reamed on resale and so is everyone else, but hey at least you got to drive and own one, you should feel good about that. I do!
