I was in love with the new Miata in club sport trim at the ny auto show. It's so tiny and straightforward looking. Looks like a blast to drive.

Now that is starting to look more like a sports car. I got into this whole thing as a Miata owner. Learned to enjoy quick handling and wind in the hair in that car. I just knew something was off when 55 year-old grey-bearded guys would gravitate to it at every fill up. Knowing what I know now, I would take a used Spyder in the high-40's over any two-seater out there.

I resemble that remark......Many of us still get a kick out of driving a sporting car as it's intended to be driven and can appreciate a Miata or Boxtster or what have you. I am certain those same guys gravitate toward your Spyder too.

LOL. Just kidding of course. That was 15 yrs ago and I might resemble that remark a little myself.

As for the Spyder, well, it definitely draws a younger crowd at fill up.
