Put on another 250 miles over the weekend. Awesome weather, great roads and no traffic equals a great time in the Spyder. I will say that the local bug population saw a significant drop over the weekend. I can't believe how many bugs were lodged into my front air intake mesh. The rest were smeared all over the bumper, mirrors and rear air intakes.

I'm at 7200 miles at the moment.

I'm right around 29K - stopped daily-driving it about 4 months ago when I started commuting to the SF Bay Area from Monterey - didn't want to deal with the commute crazies so plodded along in my F-350. Changing jobs next week and moving closer with an easy commute - will likely mix-in the Spyder once again and get those miles moving upwards.

Default Spyder top question

Sorry to hijack the thread. Curious if any of you Spyder owners run the sun top only (without the snap in window insert) in the rain and if any rain gets into the interior.

5300 miles on mine. I took delivery in May of 2010.
Not a single problem so far.
What a great car. The most fun to drive of any that I have owned.
Sport buckets, manual, white, black wheels.

I've had mine for 1 month and 5 days and I've put 1700 miles on so far. (Though 600 of that was bringing it home from buying it)

I'll keep driving it until snow's in the forecast and with perfect days like today it has been getting plenty of exercise!

Yeah, but your miles are on a track so they count for more.

Some rain will get where you don't want it but in a deluge will it do for an escape? Hell yeah it will.... Oh and 8756 carefully driven miles, next year when I live where summer is longer the specs will change

I've got 33K km (19600 miles) on mine, not to bad since it's parked for the winter months, from Oct to Apr every year.
