Angry *****

This (attached pics) is what my squirrel "roommates" in the garage left for me to find yesterday. Discovered as I was trying to fill up the car after draining the oil.

NOTE: Vetman no longer endorses squirrels. They just got demoted to the same Class as deer. A good squirrel is a... well, you know. Management has been notified. Who knows if they'll actually act on it.... I may need to take matters into my own hands .... this is WAR!!!!

There was even more damage than shown in the pics..... I was able to "save" some bottles (not pictured)............... I'll let you know if my engine blows up!

I knew when Mobil decided to go with peanut oil in the formula the result was going to be bad.

A lot better than having them chew on your car...

Two words - pellet gun. (or suppressed .22 if legal in your state )

And, double check the car. Critters like to remove the insulation from wiring for some reason.

EDIT: OK, it won't let me attach pics..... Here's a link where you can see them: http://www.planet-9.com/987-cayman-b...t-dragged.html I've had it with Rennlist and its technical oblivion (986-987-981-Cayman-Cayman S anyone?????)....... do they actually employ anyone under the age of 75???? Friggin' sad.
You have a PM.

Hahaha, you guys are too funny...!

Yeah, they drank oil (chewed from the bottom of bottle.... not pictured) and kept coming back for more!! These critters aren't messing around!

I used to tolerate their scurrying around, hissing at me, frontin' like they own the damned place, etc., etc., but they crossed the line here......... There will be retribution!!!!!

Of course, I'd be more motivated if I owned the place where I live now, but......

Yikes, be careful. A buddy of mine had rodents chew through the wiring harnesses of his GTR. They had to remove the engine to replace everything....

Unless the owner is completely unaware they sound a bit ambivalent about maintaining the equity in the property. Squirrels are destructive once they breach a structure. It's also a good bet they carry a satchel of nasty that isn't good for humans to live among-st which is another good reason to clear them.

Excellent point. Probably not very motivated because they're completely detached garages, i.e. not connected to any live-in structures. I was told traps will be set... we shall see. I need to go buy some stuff that supposedly ward rodents away - my indy told me that they apparently hate the smell and stay away...

Hey Vetman,
It was nice to meet you at NJMP!
The squirrels are some crasy creatures.
They sit on my front step and eat acorns.
They do that because my cat can see them from inside the house and it makes her nuts.
I think I saw one of them smile when she frantically pawed at the glass door.

It was very nice running with you too, John! Nice driving!

I think we gave some people double vision with 2 Carrara White Boxster Spyders side by side.

Keep up the good work. See you around.

BTW, I'm just glad they didn't get into this (pic)!!! I might've had to "invest" in a 9 mm at that point, though I did get 2 more cases in today (not pictured)....
