Is my clutch gone?

I have 62,000 miles on my Boxster S.
3 days ago my clutch felt sticky on the way up. I can't drive as smoothly as I like and I couldn't rev-match well either.
The day after, I noticed the clutch was having a slight problem catching when starting from a stop.
On the highway I downshifted to accelerate and the revs would go up quickly, but I would go no where. I'm pretty sure I smelled the clutch.
Here's the video of what I was experiencing.
1. Is my clutch gone? I can still use the clutch to stay stopped on a hill.
2. How much life do I have left before I can't engage, especially on hills?
3. I have absolutely no time to come to a shop until Thursday.

I'm guessing the clutch is going (60,000 miles is pretty good out of these), and that the dual-mass flywheel may be unhealthy, too.
While cruising in 2nd or 3rd gear, if you get off and get on the throttle (doesn't need to be full) do you feel a delay, with a bit of a clunk feel in each direction? If so, that is a dying dual-mass characteristic.

it may not be the disc itself... but something that engages the clutch is failing. Here is a troubleshooting guide: http://auto.howstuffworks.com/clutch2.htm
