Good for you, hope got your price. Was a very nice example. Too nice for what I'm going to do: Commute about 45 miles a day round trip. Lot of fun in a P car ( since about 80% freeway at 80+ average at 6:30 am) but NOT the way to hold value. This one will be left stock. So, now the 951 can get a bit more specialized.....

Targa,
What is your quest for? daily driver? track car? a little of both?
I had an 07S and went to a 10Cayman w/PDK, about 20% better fuel economy
the 2.9 Cayman is loads of fun, either as a dd or a track/autocross car
granted the S-model has 55 more horses but if you're not Patrick Long or his twin brother you can probably do very well with a 2.9 Cayman
on the other hand, if you're an experienced track rat, the R model looks like a great package (according to one source 53 new ones remain on dealers lots)
the older models (06 to 08) have had some issues, especially when driven hard on the track but mine was trouble free for over 50,000 miles
traded it in to try out the PDK, otherwise I'd probably still have it
by the way, PDK is awesome
cheers,
Steve
