Ok, I do have a hatch available. It did go thru 2 molds, and 3 hatch models before I got one I was happy with. It took a few redirections as it was developed and it did deviate from the original plan of having a stock look hatch replacement, cost also went up more than expected, but for someone wanting the ultimate lightweight CF race hatch this is the piece.
What I have at this point is an all CF hatch for racing only. The hatch itself will be held on with pins and weighs only 5.2 lbs without lexan rear window. Needless to say this is a significant drop from the original hatch weight. It's not a cheap piece but looks good and is very strong, not flimsy at all ! It has reinforcement built into the CF for strength.

PM me if anyone is interested in a hatch of this style.

Any pics? If it is not part of the hatch, how is the Lexan window attached?

Deyamn, I don't even own a Cayman S and I want to see it!

When Trj sells his Cayman S to me, I'll have a reason to buy a hatch.

Too "high tech" and STINKY a job for me!

I can operate a camera and send a picture or two to the web for FREE though...and in less than 10 seconds.

That would be great! When you get off the podium down there, lets discuss the quantities.
Cheers!
