If it is $10,000.00 off of MSRP then there are several out there.
On PPBB a person purchased an '06 S with 6,000 miles, well optioned but without nav, with CPO for $46. Now is a great time for an 06 since the '07 3.4 is more desirable for some. I would opt for the CPO well optioned '06S for $46 over say a basic '07S with 4-5000 or so miles for $52. But that is just me.
