Ok finally made up my mind to get a Boxster S, now I'm torn on what color combo to get it. My options:
GT Silver with cocoa top and cocoa interior (I like the cocoa)
Meteor Gray with cocoa or black top and cocoa interior
The new Macadamia metallic (brown metallic) with cocoa or black top? natural interior, cocoa interior would probably make it all too brown.
Carrara White with black top and terracota interior (Very nice). Problem is there are too many white cars in Dubai and might not stand out
Your thoughts appreciated?

I like yours alot, but to be honest it is quite common over here. Silver, grey, black, all very typical Porsche colors, I want to stand out. With that in mind the Macadamia is really tempting me, it is a new color, will be very different, and I keep on imagine it gleaming in the sun and looking very rich, especially with natural leather interior.

Not a fan of dark olive. Have u guys seen the Macadamia? It's the color released on the Turbo cab. Not on any of the configurators yet, but my dealer showed it to me.

I'm afraid I haven't seen the Macadamia color so I can't really comment on it, but I think you are right that you'd want to get some contrast in the interior so the car isn't "too" brown overall if you decide to go that route. Natural Brown is very nice, but you might want to get Black carpet to give you some contrast. I used the "deviating color" options for Black carpet and upper dash leather to create a little contrast with the Terracotta and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. I also got the rear center console in Atlas Grey to match the exterior.
It sounds like Macadamia is what YOU really want, and if that's the case then go for it!

What about the special edition Boxster S featured on the cover of a recent issue of Panorama? Orange and Black quite a combo and since they are only making 250 of them I would not expect them to be very common

The ltd edition Boxster S is not available here.
If I did go the paint to sample route I would drive myself even more crazy!! Then what color would it be?

Now I am leaning to GT Silver with Cocoa, I figure most of the time is spent inside the car, and I love the rich feel of cocoa. My friend has a Carrera S with this combo and it is gorgeous.

Choose something unique! Porsche AG spent a lot of time and money developing a first rate paint facility and what? You're going to paint your Porsche SILVER? Are you nuts?
One thing I have learned about the latest marketplace of Porsche buyers,--they're WAY too boring and conservative.
Have some fun or buy one off the shelf.
