Default Nordic gold boxster in Germany

nordic gold same color as many of the launch 997 Targa, interesting but would look better imo with a black roof &interior.

I like it. Nissan makes that color. I think I'd like it with a tan top and ascot brown interior. I am so-o-o sick of the standard Porsche colors. Of course I'm as "guilty" as they come with silver and black.

Pretty cool. A few more nice affordable colors to choose from would be nice.

Nordic is NOT the same as LeMans Sunset from Nissan. Trust me.

We have plugs and other goodies in both colors. They are different. Not a bad color in person.

OK, I'll buy that even though it looks similar on the monitor. True color is not represented well in the ether, so not having seen Nordic in the flesh... I trust you!

It looks exactly like the color on my old Sundance Gold Acura CL-type S ...aka "Pimp Daddy Gold". I LOVE that colorand LOVE it on this Boxster but after having something that stands out that much would never get a car in that dramatic a color again. People would chase me through parking lots to tell me how vile it is or how much the loved it..there was NO inbetween.

Count me as one the guilty AS owners, but I think this color is already been done to death by GM, Nissan, Honda and others. When it firt starting appearing I found this color striking and fresh. But as with all "fad" colors, it gets dated real fast. Kinda like a fauxhawk.

To see it on a Porsche this late into the fad is like being late to a party, when the dishes are being washed.

I realize that this may not be exactly like the colors I mentioned above, but it is darn close. Hopefully, if this becomes an orderable color, it is VERY different from what we see if those pictures.

Default It's so choice...

I've had my Nordic Gold Targa 4S for a couple weeks now, and let me say it has changed my life. I feel like the clock has gone back to when I was 15.5 years old. Driving is pure pleasure again, every twist and turn and straight is another adventure.

To quote the great Ferris Bueller - "It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up."

The Nordic Gold color really must be seen by the naked eye to be appreciated. Any pictures I take, even in the direct sun light, come off brownish. It really isn't brown or copper - just "pure" Nordic Gold goodness. Bile isn't involved, I assure you!

I wish I could paste the links to my pictures, but since I am new to rennlist, it won't let me paste even a URL in this message. If anyone is interested, please message me and you can post the links for me. I guess they are trying to prevent spammers...

- Jeff

PS - Eric, I just ordered some things from you tonight. I am excited to check out your Nordic Gold paint!
