3106 pounds? Is that right? I did not know the Cayman was so heavy.

I wonder if that includes the driver's weight. The spec I've seen for curb weight (minus driver) is 2955 lbs.

According to my owners manual, the weight varies from 2954-3153 (manual trans) depending how many useless/expensive options you tack on.

The curb weight listed by Porsche includes all fluids and full tank of gas, but no options. My CS weighs in at just about 3150 lbs with full tank and without me in it

I was at my local BMW Dealer yesterday checking out some heavily discounted '06 M3s, and I happened to see the Z4 M coupe for the first time. It's a really nice looking coupe IMO, but it's awfully cramped inside. It's fine for 170 lb guys like me, but I can't imagine 200+ lb guys being comfortable.

A terrific and distinctive two-seat sports car that’s the life of the party until a Cayman S shows up.
That's kinda' funny.

Performance numbers are pretty good. The car itself?.............not so PRETTY. In fact, that thing is awful looking to me.

Why do you want to insult the 944 like that? It (the 944) looks much better than the Bimmer IMHO.
