Was at my local dealer today (picked up the 968 after it's service) and they had a new Cayman in Cobalt Blue with grey interior. The car also had the option to paint the lower front spoiler to match bodycolor....very nice.
Always been a fan of Cobalt Blue, but on the Cayman it was spectacular.
My wife (who doesn't really love my cars the way I do) gave me a ride down and even she thought it was a great color for this car.

well, then LTC, what are you waiting for.
wife is fond of the color, you MUST buy it for HER.
of course, you get to drive it OCCAIONALLY, like every other day to work.....

Actually, the 968 Cab (polar silver/black) was purchased last November for her. I just picked it up from the dealer today, so now her girlfriends can teach her how to drive a 6 speed.
I found the Cayman to be a bit small/claustrophobic after a while.
I doubt it would ever happen, but a modern targa version (like the 993/996 targas) would be interesting.

But, yeah I figured the Cobalt Blue with gray interior would look really good. Amazon Green paint-to-spec with a Cashmere color interior would be sweet too. I'm heading that way on Monday - I think I know which dealer you're talking about - so I'll get to check it out.
What I feel like when driving a 996 or Boxster:

it's easy to fix the claustrophobic feeling in the cayman. just go sit in an exige/elise for 5 min. then you will find cayman like a jumbo 747 ;-)

My wife has a little card that says 'In case of emergency, call the Porsche dealership'.....that's where I usually can be found, sitting around talking about cars.
