We have several Rennlisters in Finland, if you scan and post it perhaps someone will translate?

Education levels = standardized test scores, but not much measureable in real life...
Motivated, happy, trained, empowered, and valued workers = high build quality, high efficiency, and continuous improvement of both.

Here's part of that list translated. Some odd short terms which does not tell anything for somebody who is not actually putting these parts together.
BTW. most of the Finnish Rennlisters are going to visit Valmet factory in April
Perhaps we can meet mrs Mirja Ääritalo who is the employee printed on that list. Quite many ladys building these cars in Uusikaupunki (Newtown in english)
I have also visited Stuttgart plant, and very few of the employee are emmigrants, most workers are german.
What comes to education level in Finland, it's ranked as a highest level in the world. Most people get nowadays Unversity degree. Good education level is a must for a country which have so little population; just a little bit over 5 million. If i can remeber correctly over 80% of our population gets University level degree. Even all factory workers have at least Collage education.
Education is free for every Finn, also in the University.
