I keep waffling...I really want the Cayman but that voice inside my head keeps screaming wait a year! Let someone else take the hit. But then I drive by the dealer again and get all twisted.
________
how long are you keeping the car?
if you plan to keep it over five years. the dep'n isn't that big a deal.

njgt has a friend selling a cayman less than 100 miles for 58. you ca'nt beat that.

oh, i dont like the word "depreciation".
cars DO NOT depreciate, we USE them up.. it's a "usage fee".
when you have an expensive dinner, you dont say you have deprecited that filet mignon and don perignon, right? you enjoyed it. like wise with cars.

one can eat left overs and save money, no?
just the analogy i use to convince wife why i need new cars every year.

Yup, sensational deal, but remember-- 640 demo mi.

My JRZ RS Pros are being built, will be ready in two weeks; Talked to Travis @ Fikse-- going to take my spare set of Profil 13 GT3 wheels and get new inner rim halves to make 'em fit the Cayman; Guess it's time to hit the body shop to modify the front and rear bumper covers and see where the rollbar can fit. Yee-hah...

I dunno-- This may be the first set. Not a lot of demand for these things yet, the car is too new...
