Question Cayman track ties

Any chance Cayman can carry extra wheels & tires?

Remember, there will be two trunks (front & hatchback), but I don't think they'll fit...

Some people with 993's use a small trailer towed behind the Porsche to carry tires...

A roof rack is available as an option, but I think the suggested maximum weight on the roof for the 911 was about 100 pounds. One rear tire on the roof rack, one in the rear trunk, and the two fronts in the passenger seat? Boxsters have been rigged for a trailer hitch to pull a tire trailer, so maybe a similar hitch set-up would work for the Cayman, if the center exhaust pipe isn't a problem.

I've seen the car in person - and a wheel won't fit in the rear. Not unless the hatch is left open a bit.
