Looks like my windshield washer pump has died. Fuse is good, and no noise from the pump when activated. Because I like to have an idea of what I am getting into before starting, I have Googled the pump location, searched YouTube, and every car forum I can think of, but no joy on this topic.

But there are a couple of videos on YouTube about the 986/996 pump. The catalog pictures of the 986 and 987 pumps are very similar. Is the process of changing the pump on the 987 close to the 986?

Any all advice is appreciated.
