Default 100k Mile Maintenance Checklist

I'm almost at 100k miles (currently 97,750) with my 987.2 Base PDK with only 15K miles driven on in the past 3 years as a daily driver. It is unknown on whether or not if the 80K mile service was done, but I do know for sure the 60K mile service was done 5 years ago since I have records of it on the Carfax.

How's my list and how soon should I deal with it?

Things already done in the past 3 years (reaches 3 years in Feb.):
Spark plugs, tires, brakes, brake fluid, oil, tire alignment

Questions about things to-do:

AOS - Not sure if this has ever been changed, but better safe than sorry I suppose?

Water pump + thermostat - Same as AOS

Serpentine/drive belt - 60k maintenance was done 5 years ago, which means it should've been replaced at that time, correct?

PDK clutch oil change - Same as drive belt

PDK transmission oil change - Still have 2 years before this needs to be addressed, but get it bundled with the clutch oil change and get it done earlier?

Suspension - Unsure which parts would need to be replaced, but I imagine it would be wise to replace them soon.

Electrical - Systems seem nominal but what should I look out for/replace soon?

Anything else I'm missing/should take care of?

The belt pulley tensioner may also need to be replaced, as it's not unusual for them to leak by this point. I'm performing a 40K mile service on my 987.2 3.4L and the tensioner has some oil around it. It is working properly and you wouldn't know that there is anything wrong with it by the amount of pressure it's applying to the belt, but obviously it needs to be replaced to be safe. I'm also replacing the belt pulley while I'm in there.

I believe the manual calls for brake fluid changes every 2 years.

Unless the Carfax includes the individual actions I’d defer to the safe side and assume it didn’t happen.

Servicing agency should be listed, give them a call with the VIN and ask for the records. Some will, some won’t.

Take care of that PDK. I think a clutch flush is around $400 at the dealer.

Overall, I’d just stick to the service schedule.

I've had the Carfax for awhile when I could buy these for $3.
It does list some of the individual actions such as the drivebelt, but nothing is mentioned about the transmission. Not sure if they already included that in the 60k mile service, but that was 40k miles ago.
