The parts after 100k miles, rear LCA ball joints are in terrible shape. But the toe control arm isn't too bad, but replacing anyways.

other than the discoloration what's wrong with the metal parts? i would think the rubber parts could be replaced...

I think the issue is labour rates to replace the rubber parts are higher than just buying new control arms.

That was the reason. I paid $126 each for the LCAs and $68 each for the toe control arms. To get them serviced with new bushings and ball joints, plus labor and effort, it was much more desirable to buy new.

Got R suspension all installed as well as other new suspension parts (Rear and front caster arms, inner tie rods and ends, drop links, toe control arm, rear LCAs). Waiting for GT3 LCAs since they have a 2 month backorder.

I got the car aligned to Cayman R specs but I'll be getting looked at again tomorrow since the car's backend felt floaty at highway speeds and the steering wheel isn't exactly straight to go straight. Here are the alignment results so hopefully it looks correct.
