Am I missing a part here? B-pillar

Working on the car today doing some maintenance.

is there supposed to be something covering this area at the base of the roll bar? There’s a plug on the drivers side.

just wondering if there’s a cosmetic piece that got misplaced at some point.

You're good. Mine is just like your pics. Driver's side has electrical connector(s) mounted (Bose?). Passenger is identical to your picture (no cover).
