Default shoes

Ok. I got to put some actual miles on the 987 CS. The footbox is pretty narrow and even though I am a reasonably small guy my feet in hiking shoes were not comfortable in the space together.
What do you guys use for shoes?

The ones that go together with my outfit.
I never had any space/movement issue with my EU 43/US 9.5 size.

Anything from Merrell hikers to slides. Most times, flat bottom athletic / casual shoes. The Merrell's get a bit clunky, as you've found. And yes, I can heel toe in the slides just fine, thank you.

I wear a 12EEEEE and I don't have any issues in my 09 Boxster. Hopefully you can find a shoe to make it work easily for you.

Garfunkle,

They provide a great LOW center of gravity. Hardly ever fall down. Wobble maybe sometimes, but not fall!LOL

Yes, she drives with the 10cm heels she uses. Some friends of her switch to ballerinas when they get into their own car.
In the Morgan she does not have physically the room to do it.

That is cool. My wife also used to drive her 350Z with her heels on.
It always reminded me of the many reasons I married her.

For me....any shoe wihout a big lug on the sole that won.t catch on the clutch pedal.
