I didn't think the fourth column you inquired about referred to the car's gearing, so I did a little homework. I think it provides basic insight into the condition of the car listed at the auction:

Correct,

These are car condition ratings that Manheim (and all other auction houses) provide on the vehicle listing when they have the cars rolling through the line.

Cars don't stop for very long during the auction process (2-3 minutes) and get closed in a blink of an eye, so besides inspecting cosmetics during that duration - you're left to rely on the condition score.

Edit: Score is out of 5 btw.
