Never more than 5,000 miles, never more than 12 months, between oil changes. I do 3,000 mile intervals on my BS due to track day use. I do my own oil changes.

Never more than 3000 miles. Never more than one year in the sump. I don't care what you say, changing your oil regularly/3000 miles SAVES ENGINES.
I use Mobil 1 synthetic, since that is what Porsche put in the sump. All my other cars have had Castrol GTX.
