Great choice on car #1 and I don't think you overpaid considering the options, especially with PASM and LSD. Great buy, now enjoy!

Thanks for the kind words. My nephew went and drove it today and gave it a big thumbs up. That was the final step. Transport is being arranged. I'll post up more when I get it.

Needless to say, I don't think you overpaid! Seriously, I freaked out last night wondering if this car has a leaky transmission or something that I didn't check out thoroughly enough. Then I looked at 981s -- I could get one in the same price range as long as I was ok with buying a previously damaged and repaired car. Otherwise, $40K+. The 987.1's are around $28K for this condition, and you have IMS worries. They're aren't any 987.2's out there to buy! Finding these threads is very comforting, knowing more of the car's history -- looking forward to seeing it in person next Friday!

I've been looking and this still looks like a great car for the money. Not many around it seems with these options. I wonder how OP is enjoying it?
