Hello everyone! I would be very grateful for your help! I have just changed at the dealership my 2008 Boxster S' ignition lock, after the corresponding message appeared in the onboard computer. Shortly thereafter, the message appeared again. A new ignition lock has been ordered under warranty and will be changed; however, It does not sound very convincing to me that a brand new ignition lock has failed. Can anyone think of a scenario where the ignition lock failure message would appear but the cause would not necessarily be a failure of the ignition lock itself? Thanks in advance for any help you might provide.
