Default 981 Spyder Picture Thread

I looked and did not see a dedicated thread and am hoping you lucky new owners will post pictures here. Please post interior shots as well.

Thank you.

There is a thread that is 90 pages with a ton of pics: https://rennlist.com/forums/987-981-...81-spyder.html

Then a few one off threads for people's personal showcasing.

Thank you.

I am aware of that thread but am hoping to get new owners to post up pictures of their cars in a dedicated thread consolidated with pictures.

I just spent some more time looking through the thread. You did a great job of posting pics. Thank you.

I am sure the answer is in the thread but would you please save me some reading time? Are the painted trim pieces inside the color of the exterior with the exception of the classic interior where they come in GT silver? Also have you seen a sapphire blue car with the platinum wheels on it?

Thanks for all your efforts up-dating the thread you referenced.

Yes, as far as I know that is true: the painted trim carries the exterior color to the interior bits unless you choose to get the trim in leather. The classic interior is the exemption to this and only comes with the GTsilver interior bits.

White with red looks great. I was afraid it would be too much, but not at all. It looks classic. I'm a little regretful after seeing these pictures. I'm reading the Porsche in America Book from the Porsche Museum and all the cars are light colored until the 80s at least in the photos.

Very nice. I agree, the red interior on white looks fabulous.

^ Is this White or CMW? Look great. But I like the red interior more.

Or carbon fiber (which I did)
