Very few cars can match the complete package that the Boxster provides in terms of cost of ownership, style, grace, and performance. A car made for cool crisp spring driving. I have never missed heated seats BTW. Thank you all for the kind comments posted on this thread.

In Japan, the cherry blossom signifies the fragility and the beauty of life. It's a stark reminder that life is beautiful but that it is also tragically short. Spyder has the beauty part .. Let's make the memories of the driving experience last forever

I heard there's a rabid fan following for spyders in Vancouver. These cars are very very special. I even got a chance to witness the magic of both the gens and clicked them side by side today. Special thanks to Donovan.

Amar, it was great to put the face to the user name. Also great to see your Spyder in the flesh. Love your color combo! Looking forward to the Kirkland Porsche show in September!

Great pics Amar. Such a master of the lens.
What did you think driving both Gens side by side? The Gen 2 is an exceptional car but so is the Gen 1. I think Porsche solved some of the steering feel with using the steering from the new turbo in the Gen 2. I drove one the other for 50 mins and the time (and the car) flow by. It's a VERY VERY good Porsche.
Great to see you over the Memorial weekend. Fun drive.
And Donovan - you must get up to Vancouver, BC sometime. Always welcome.
