Although I'm really not a fan of any of the PTS colors, If I had the money I would look at Cayman's color over the rest, but 80K, OUCH. White is still my fav, although a one off PTS would be a cool conversation piece. Good luck to all, hope you finally find what you are looking for.

Basalt also seems to be fairly rare.......but the Azure Blue is beautiful and I would love to own it and if I was without a Spyder or had the means I would probably have bought it already.

I wouldn't get the car if the only reason is because it is rare.
I do like the Azure Blue. Red interior rules. Right options. The price is what it is, $5k more than what it should be. But if I was getting it, I would have to put the silver decals back on. Other than that, I'd hit it.
Normally, I don't like blue with red, too Tommy Hilfiger, red is loud, blue can be loud, just too much. But this Azure Blue is subtle. Is not loud, not bright, no purple hues, love it. Vintage faded dark denim, fountain pen ink blue, sophisticated. Blue, letting the red do the talking. Just pull the trigger.

I think the only thing I don't like about the Azure Spyder is the headlights washers! haha. Is there a way to take those and plug the bumper? Not a deciding factor, just wondering

You can get them painted. I'm sure Rennlist vendor bumperplugs.com would do it for you...

Yes, but it gets expensive. Front bumpers have to come off. Don't let those headlight washers bother you too much. It will 'blend' in in no time and you will not notice! I had mine ordered for the '12 Spyder in a deviating color (NOT* matching my exterior color) just to be a little different. z356
*Hint - it matches something else found on all Spyders, regardless what color you order one!

Mile: What kind of filter did you used for the photos of your White/Sand Beige Spyder? It gives the false illusion that your interior is darker & richer, like 'natural brown' leather which was never an option on a Spyder. In reality, sand beige is much lighter than those photos suggest. z356

No filter and no post processing. Straight out of the camera like that. Just great natural lighting In all honesty that's usually what it looks like to my eyes every day. But those pics just make it look a little warmer I suppose.

the white/tan is subtle luxury. cool, and understated.
the red pulls, hooks, belts, tailights, calipers and gauge markers really set it off.
the blue car has too strong a contrast in the red, and too much of it. looks ok, but if that red interior fades, it won't look as good.
my vote is for the white, by far......
pdk should be the determining factor.
