Verus Engineering 300mm Rear Wing, Wind Tunnel Testing
#16
We recently made a dual element for BBi in California for their Pike's Peak Turbo GT3 Cup Car effort. The build is impressive if you have not seen it on the Hoonigan YouTube channel. Our dual element rear wing utilizes this 300mm chord wing as the main element; with an additional 200mm chord wing behind it as the secondary element. BBi placed 1st in class, 2nd overall, and set a new class record by 13.4 seconds!

No; I believe it they are Porsche Cup car units? I think that is what Betim told me on the phone one night?
We were barely able to squeak out the production of the dual element rear wing in time; so, unfortunately, we were not able to help much with the rest of the aero package beyond verbally helping where we could.

We also did a short video with @Pr3z's GT4, which is how we were able to develop the GT4 aero kit. The rear wing and rear diffuser have a really good interaction with how we designed the kit so we get some pretty great rooster tails.
We'll be starting a thread shortly for the GT4 rear wing kit as we have some in stock now.
