BTW, hence the problem with inflation.

I think most critics of Boxsters have never actually driven one. Bc it's just so much freakin fun!

Money is an interesting concept. I don't get to see it since I rarely have more than a hundred dollars in my wallet. All of my compensation is electronic, just numbers on bank statements, and a series of monthly statements from financial firms specifying more numbers. I pay for virtually everything with plastic cards, and when I purchase my 981S next month, I'll write some numbers on a piece of paper and sign it.

Very nice build. I really love the brown top/interior combo!

I really get worried with people wanting to compare 911 and Boxsters, to be honest. Its somewhat of an obsession on this board and not one that is really discussed "on the other side". Celebrate the 981 for what it is - a great sports car. I know I do every day that I drive it

Just got an email from the dealer saying the car is scheduled to be completed Friday, April 26. With any luck it should be in by the end of May.
BTW, no sunvisors in leather available now or in the near future..

Keadog,

I hope you are not too disappointed, but I am getting a 981 Boxster in the exact same color combo as yours! The major diff will be that mine is a base with hardly any options. My big option was going for the leather package in Espresso. Also will have the S wheels. I can't believe someone else will have the same combo as me too, but then again you know what they say about great minds! Congrats on the order with lots of terrific options. My car is now on the Auriga Leader somewhere in the Pacific near Central America! Take care. Jon

Congrats to you also! Porsche Beachwood ordered 2 in this combo. I probably wouldn't have considered it if I hadn't seen it. But I think it's a very nice combo.

I received an email from Brad a while ago. My car was completed yesterday, two days ahead of schedule. I guess it's sitting around, waiting for a boat ride now.
Eduardo, check out the parking lots if you get a chance, please!
Late May, I hear...
Mmmmm.

Arrived at the dealer today, awaiting prep - debadging, clear side markers and front clip Xpel ultra. Hope to pick up by Friday.
