It's in your garage and still no pics?? And the dealer didn't remove the film and prep/detail the car first? I assume you told them you wanted it as is. Oh, and no pics??

I asked the dealer to leave it alone. I will post pix when I have completed the work. The pebble gray is VERY light, so I ordered a console lid cover in agate. Once that's done I will post away.

Default a shot of the inside

sorry for crappy pic, will get a better representation up next week. BTW, I ordered this with wheels painted black. Not only is that no longer an option on the configurator, but as far as I can tell, Porsche website eliminated the black wheels from my saved configuration. How about that?

Do you mean that they deleted your option and your car came without black wheels? Or that it's no longer available as an option?

Yeah, that post is confusing. My car arrived with the black wheels as ordered. But sometime since the order was placed Porsche eliminated painted black wheels as an option on the configurator. Further, when I load my stored configuration on their website, the car comes up without the black wheels, and there's no way to add them. It's both strange and impressive to me.

I ordered the 19" wheels because I liked the way they look in black. They now have satin wheels as an option on the configurator with any of the 20" wheel options. To tell you the truth, I probably would have ordered 20" with the satin finish if I had that option at the time I placed my order. So maybe Porsche knows exactly what it's doing!

fascinating stuff!
