You could check your door cards (panels) and see if yours are starting to delaminate. Mine are at the very early stages and have been for a while. I thought about removing them from the car and regluing the very top part to keep them from separating further. Hopefully there is enough access to get some glue in there. I need to watch Jeff's video again before I start on it.

Have you added grilles to your front radiator air intake openings and/or side air intakes?

Seems like the PDK service interval is all over the place (60K v 100K). Also lots of differing opinions on whether the pan needs to be replaced as well. Any thoughts?

I did PDK fluids at 38k miles but 12 years on the car. Indy advised not to do the pan, that they don’t see wear or whatever necessary for that until much higher mileage.

I agree on the PDK fluid. Everyone says it is vital to keep it fresh, but several different service interval recommendations. Factory says every 120K or 12 years, other sources say every 4-6 years or 30-40K whichever comes first.

I've seen PCM units fail so I cloned my hard drive onto a solid state drive for some cheap insurance. Fewer moving parts to go wrong. Easy job so highly recommend.

I have a 2014 Boxster S with 27K and going through the same thing now. Here is a service schedule that I found. I would recommend that you get a battery tester and monitor the battery remaining life and a decent OBDII. To monitor brakes and rotors, you need a micrometer.

I asked on the PCA Mart Tech Q&A about doing just the clutch oil and transmission oil without replacing the pan (with integral filter) as the first PDK servicing on my 2013 Boxster S with 13.5K miles. Pedro promptly replied no. Definitely do not skip replacing the pan. Important to inspect the old pan for filings, etc. and while at put in a new one. Also not to let your dealer or Indy skip the pan which they might b/c it’s easier to. Mine was in fact recommending not to bother.
