Default Missing Fuse?

I mistakenly opened the driver's side fuse panel while I was doing an OBD emissions test, and a random 40A (maxi) fuse fell out. I guessed and put it in the upper right position in Row A (see pic below). After I came home, I looked through the manual to see what was what, and luckily I put it in the PASM slot. However, I also noticed there was a missing 40A fuse in the lower left position, corresponding to "Air-conditioning fan, R/L". I didn't find any other 40A fuses that fell out on quick glance.

Am I missing a fuse and should I replace it? A/C seems to be working fine, and I don't have any warning lights or messages indicating any problems.

My specs:
2016 Cayman S
PDK, PTV, PASM, PSE
Standard Black Interior
Sport Seats Plus (2-way)
Sport Design steering wheel
Bose

Here is a photo of mine. I don’t have PASM so no fuse there, but I also don’t have one on the lower left spot.
