Default Rapid Air Pressure Loss, New Wheels

This is a weird one, curious if anyone has experienced this.

PS4's mounted on a new set of one peice wheels. They were mounted in January, just put them on the car today.
Pressures when stored had all been set at 34lbs, when adjusting to proper specs all were still at 34lbs initially, there was no pressure loss while stored.

Went for what turned into just a 15 minute drive, half way in the TPMS says one of the fronts that had been set at 29 was at 25. By the time I get home it's at 23.
Refill and do some full lock circles in front of the house, this time within 30 seconds I'm at less than 20psi.

I'm wondering if it's a faulty tire that won't seat properly. They're one season old, but the same thing happened when they were mounted last season on another set of wheels.
That time it was only 2-3lbs of loss a week, and then after 2 weeks it went away and lost no air the rest of the season.
