There are some pretty decent diy one the board to permanent fix the wrapped cards for little money. There is also someone that specializes in fixing these which I believe was somewhere around $400 a door I believe. Why not go one of those routes. $2,200 for a single door card is insane.

I think some people are missing the point....OP knows where or who to contact for fixing them. He was simply pointing out the disgusting practices of a dealership. Which, btw, don't surprise me one bit considering where the dealer is located.
