I've got a 2014 981S. 41k, MT, PTV, PASM, 20" wheels, PDLS, Sport Chrono, Sport Exhaust, 14 way Heated Seats, Sports wheel, smokers package, Cruise. Nav delete.
Got offered $43.7k on Carvana just now.
Car was $76.5k new.
Bought her for $51k with 20k miles as third owner CPO from the dealer (the second owner defaulted on the car after 1000 miles of driving).
I waited a couple of years for the "right" local car to come around for me.
Not sure if I can part with her, but I want to upgrade to the 4L GTS and do ED. It's a dream of mine.

I've got a 2013 Boxster S, MT, 47k miles, 20" wheels, Premium package, nav, bose and carvana offered me $42.5k. I paid $48k in Sep 2017. With prices the way they are and how little I'm driving, I think it might just be a good time to sell. I love the car though. Can't see myself not having another in a couple years.

Vroom offered me $45K for 2014 BS Sport Chrono with exactly 30,000.

Not bad for a clean handoff.

Maybe it’s zip code, but also not sure if that’s agnostic.

The Carmax looks good.

Earlier this year Carvana offered 42,500 for my base cayman with 40k miles. PSE, X73, manual, Bose w Premium Pkg, now it seems to be hover around 38-39.

If any of you fine folks wanna entertain selling, I’m in the market for a boxster (no caymans) for a daily driver

base or s or GTS
manual or pdk (more pref for PDK)

must have options
Sport chrono
PSE
ventilated seats

If PDK, will splurge for adaptive cruise control

Ideal color
blue or red or yellow
(no black due to California desert heat and increased panel warping risk)

happy to talk price above carmax.

I like Vroom. They’re very fair even on purchases.

Carmax has improved.

Carvana blows.

So when the dealer pays you for your car, do they pay sales tax like you would if you had purchased from them? Just curious.

Just sold my ‘14 981 BS with 30,250 miles on it. Ad was up for about a week. Had about 7 inquiries and 1 was from a dealership back East. Not going to publish selling price but it was very reasonable and both parties are happy. Super smooth transaction. I’m going to miss her, best car I’ve ever owned. A true gem. Now it is on to the waiting game on the 2022 718 Spyder on order. If all goes well my new ride should be here in September.
