Default CPO transfer question

is previously bought as CPO transferable to a new owner, dealer purchase, non-Porsche dealer?

Thanks,
Dave

My understanding is that it is only transferable in a PP sale. P dealer sale requires new CPO and non-P dealer sale negates CPO warranty. I'm not as sure about the third scenario.

The remainder of a CPO warranty is transferrable between private-party to private-party sale, also between a Porsche dealer to private party sale. It isn't transferable between non-Porsche dealer and private party (if Porsche knows about the dealer transaction.)

This is what I was told...also transferable if Porsche dealer brokers a deal between private parties.
