Default Water on Driver's side front floor

After a good rain I noticed the matador picked up a wet driver's front floor. Anyone dealt with this? I figure I have a clogged drain somewhere.

thanks for any thoughts.

Check the drain tube that runs from the LF corner of the sunroof down the A pillar.

Also, I assume you have pulled the door panels and checked the plastic to keep the wet out.

Also check around the grommet that enters the door and body for the electrics

Where on the floor was it? Front?

Possible bad door seal too from bent frame?

Or door has to be adjusted?

No, no bends. Door seals and closes very nice. All damage was confined to the rear quarter and tail section. No bends in roof, even the hatch survived and still closes nice. It is the carpet just in front of the seat. I think it is just a clogged drain somewhere.

When I disassembled my coupe I noticed that years of heat had shrunk the plastic tubes that are attached to the sunroof drain tubes. The shrinking actually pulled the plastic drain tubes away from the metal connectors. Also, if you force something down the drain tubes to clean out debris, you can easily push the plastic tube off of the metal connector. You probably need to do a garden hose test....
