Much cleaner lines and not as "gaudy", if that's an adequate description. Plus I can haul a lot more stuff in my 968 than my friends with Caymans can. A good friend sold his 968 last year and bought a Cayman, now wishes he'd kept the 968, his wife really doesn't like road trips in the Cayman. I do worry though about the NLA parts issues and the growing lack of experienced mechanics for the 968. Shops that can work on newer 911s, Boxster/Caymans are on almost every street corner.

They were also pleased with the 968, its six speed, torque, interior space, modern feel and look. They even find it a bit of a bargain given the recent price increases of aircooled 911s and this Cayman (which options were more expensive than this 968...)
Although I must honestly say that I do think this 968 looks a bit old next to that shiny Cayman. A tire gel and a lowered suspension (especially at the front) would do wonders...
