I tried months ago and found bupkis. I just put the 24Lb injectors from a 85 928 in and the car runs fine. It passed smog, and has plenty of power.

You can get some from Roger at 928sRUS, find him on the 928 forum as ROG100. He will also find you the correct injectors, but you aren't going to like the price. I think he quoted me $224 each or something.

Just saw some on eBay used out of a 95 968 for $59.00 for the set. I was looking for 968 exhaust header and looked at his other items and saw them. Guy is in Washington state or Oregon and has a bunch of electronics too. Like two hours left.

Gotta link? I can't find them under 'Porsche 968 injector'.

I know, I tried that too. Look under 968 exhaust header. It was the very first one that came up on my iPhone.

Then look at his other stuff for sale. It was on page 2. Mostly electronic stuff but some 968 stuff too. I'll go back and look, try to give better directions.

Anyone installing D1R Stage 3 will have injectors to spare, if they wish to part with them.

I may have a set. Let me know if you still need them and I'll confirm if I do have them or not and what I would want for them.

PM or email....

Cheers,

Thanks for the reply's.......but I may have been a little premature.
I was hoping to swap my S2 injectors form some 968 since they have a littel higher flow capacity. However, research indicates the resistance is different so it may not work.
Anyone confirm?

Yes, I will confirm. The 944 variants use a low impedance injector and they have an injector amplifier to fire the injectors. The 968 uses a high impedance injector and will not work very long if at all with the driver for the 944.

Look for low impedance injectors if you want to go larger.
