Default #0089, Midnight Blue 6spd Coupe

Figured the 968 nerds would enjoy this. Picked this up from John (vette951s) to replace the Grand Prix 968 shell that I got screwed on the title. Will be getting my 951 drivetrain and many other goodies as I transform it into a streetable track car.

VIN:
WP0AA2969NS820089
Manufactured 09/91

Options: (most aren't there anymore )
139 Seat Heating - Left
220 Locking differential
288 Headlight washer
288 996: Light washers
340 Seat heating - Right
437 Comfort seat left
454 Automatic speed control
490 Hi-Fi sound system
494 2 speakers on back shelf
494 Amplifier system
651 Electric windows
C02 Equipped with catalytic converter

Very nice and a good looking project. Porsche retained the first 60 VINs every year so your car is actually #29 of 2,234. It is the second North American 968 coupe produced in F8 Midnight blue and the 1st Midnight blue paired with the cashmere interior. As for those options codes, you should haver a 650 which is a sunroof and 691 which is the single in-dash CD player. Do you still have the recessed badge hood and the edged rear 968 emblems?

Way to go. Got some stuff I won't need.

Thanks for the extra info! I don't have the recessed badge hood, so I'm guessing the hood came off a later midnight blue car. The rear badge was also removed.
Don't see 650 or 691 on the sticker, but it certainly has a sunroof!

Those numbers are difficult to read but the last number on the second row is a 650. The single 3 digit number on the bottom row is 691. Did the CD player still survive with the car? If you still have the maintenance manual for the car you can find another copy of this sticker on the first page. It should be easier to read.

Doh, you're right. I am blind and/or stupid!
