Default 930 style OEM sport wheel for 968

Has there ever been a sport wheel option for the 968? I just learned rescently that a 930 style wheel was offered for the 928 that is a direct bolt on with no adapters. I love the 930 wheel but do not like the non-factory look of the collum when converting.

The Club Sport had the 930 style steering wheel.
Many here, including myself, have them.

Cool, now I can be on the look out for one. Would love to find a used one at some point as I am in no hurry.

AJ/USA used to sell a cheap copy, but I no longer see it on their website. I've got one in my 951.

You might not have much luck finding a used one. People seldom sell them and don't discount them by much. You might be better off getting a brand new one.

Just curious - what is the device mounted in your cigarette lighter socket? (Nice pic BTW!)

The steering wheel comes with a hub. You will also need a couple other parts. Resistor to deactivate airbag light and a steering wheel horn connector.....it carries. 928 part number. Also the 968 CS wheel porsche emblem is stamped/recessed. The 930 wheel has a badge glued on.

I can see from your excellent pics that you're more than a casual snapper...
Hobby or pro? Camera and lighting for those interior pics?

Thanks
Rob
