Hi!

Near side headlight will not go up, search the forum and open upthe light, check realy, clean the mechanical parts and it looks like the motor is not working. Unfortunately it is not a simple DC motor. anyone can help here, any circuit diagram?

Call one of the dismantlers. Shouldn't be more than $75-$100.
