Cabrio Top not aligned on driver's side! Help!!

I never took apart the drums the clutch connects to, so pics of that be ideal.
Trying to figure out how the clutch ties the cables within.

I broke the arm on drivers side and have had the entire top apart 3 times. I have the PDF and service manual for top adjustments. If it is small enough I'll post.
I too welded it up but the cast alum does not weld well. It broke a month later after I put it all back together. I would not recommend welding it. Rework was a pain
The cause of my break was the cable insert on the drivers side vibrated out of the motor making only one side do all the work, putting additional strain on one arm lifting the entire top. It broke from the stress.
I have pics of the whole episode, I'll try to dig them up.
Pm me an email, I'll send you the manual and any pics you might need.
