Front main seal popping out
HI, I was wondering if any one has experience front seal not being able to stay in there. Motor has been just freshen up with few minor changes. Balance shafts removed, oil pick up and return pipes re-maid, copper h/g installed.
Main seal will fail almost immediately. It almost feels there is to much oil pressure behind the seal or blow bu.

Was the oil pump removed?
Did you install teh gear in correctly for the oil pump (the part that goes ino the seal and is pressed with a washer. I would check that area to make sure that the gear gets seated properly and the O'ring goes in prior to the washer. Something does not seem right.
Did you remove the oil pressure relief valve and maybe not align it?
